Help Lauren & Pam Open A Storefront!

Through the years our business has grown, our catering has combined and we have run out of space. Now we need to move forward.

With your help, Lauren and I intend to move out of our current location into a larger space with a store front. All of these years there was no good way for us to have clients come to our shop as it was strictly just a kitchen. We want to move to a space that will accommodate our joined forces in catering as well as continuing our independent businesses. We want to have a space that enables employees to feel comfortable and happy to be working at all times. We want a space clients can come pick up casseroles for dinner and cookies for the birthday at work!!

Our goal is to outfit our new kitchen with equipment needed as well as getting it ready for the kitchen inspection. We work hard everyday keeping our businesses going and striving to bring our clients the best food, service and quality we can provide.

Lauren and Pamela will form an LLC, Fox and Sparrow Catering, and create the best catering business in San Marcos. We will outfit our new kitchen to the best of our knowledge and within our budget. It takes a village to do most things in life these days, we are hoping our village can support us. We are making our dreams come true and work really hard to continue to live that dream.
