Lauren's campaign for Alzheimer's Society

I'm raising money for Alzheimer's Society and any donation will help make an impact. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. 

My grandad passed away a few weeks ago, due to dementia. He was my best friend, and battled his Alzheimer’s for a long time. Despite his dementia, he always remained positive, he was a very happy man and could light up a whole room with his smile. I miss him very much but sadly cannot bring him back, so I would like to help others suffering with dementia. I believe if there is more of an understanding of dementia, that we can do more to support those living with this. The Alzheimer’s society needs your donations to do this. I told my grandad I would make him proud, so please help me achieve this by helping those in need. I want to make a difference.
