Our beautiful angel, Laurel Elizabeth was suddenly taken from us on Wednesday November 29th. She was the light in so many peoples lives. Laurel was a beautiful, talented, funny, kind, and loving little girl. She loved her family, (especially her brothers) gymnastics, cherries and going to get a candy bar with her dad whever she could.
She was such a healthy, active and energetic little girl and was a friend to all she met.
On Wednesday morning she was rushed to Primary Childrens hospital after having a seizure where she never woke up. After multiple tests were done, her parents were told she had tumors in her brain, as well as some serious swelling that needed to be taken care of immediately. They were also told that she had Acute Leukemia. A diagnosis that was both heartbreaking and devistating. After further review of her tests, they saw that her brain had gone without oxygen for a long period of time.
She was surrounded by so many family and friends. Her parents never left her side. They were there for her first breath and right by her side as she took her last.
With Christmas right around the corner and 3 kids still at home to take care of, this family needs all the help, love and support we can give them! As Vayle and Matt are going through the unbearable time, we would like to help with the enourmous bills that will soon begin rapidly coming in, as well as the funeral expenses of this sweet angel. No one should suffer the loss of a child. Please help donate to this beautiful family.
