<div>It may come as a shock for you, but unfortunately we have recently learned that my wonderful fiancée, Laura Wharam, is battling an aggressive stage 4 breast cancer, which has metastasized to other areas of her body and leaving us facing a very uncertain future with possible limited time together.

<div>We are asking for help, as she is now unable to continue to work and moving forward, we must start thinking about end-of-life care.
