Laura Glassman - Lyme Disease Treatment Clinic

As many of you know, Laura received a life-changing diagnosis of Bulbar ALS in May 2019, and further, was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in August 2019. With the possibility that they are connected (i.e. Lyme causing Bulbar ALS-like symptoms) the primary focus since August has been treatment of the Lyme Disease. Until she is able to eradicate the Lyme Disease completely, we won't know for sure if the Lyme Disease is connected/causing the Bulbar ALS symptoms.
Laura's symptoms have continued to progress in her tongue/mouth since August but have not progressed in any other part of her body. Therefore, she has been referred by doctors and several trusted professional friends to a clinic in Mexico called Sanoviv where top doctors from all over the world practice the latest in medicine for treatment of Chronic Lyme Disease. Laura will spend 2 weeks (end of Jan - beginning of Feb) at the Sanoviv clinic, undergoing multiple treatments; these treatments have been performed successfully in Germany for over 30 years, and at the Sanoviv clinic for 20 years. This is a costly treatment of $25,000 and is an out-of-pocket cost. There are many people who have expressed their desire to help, but are waiting for direction. We recently received an offer from an individual (who asked to remain anonymous) who said they would match all contributions made to help Laura by January 31st. Given that offer, we reach out to all who love Laura so much and humbly ask if you would be willing to help this effort by January 31st through Go Fund Me. If you prefer to use a method of payment outside of GFM, other methods include check, venmo, or paypal (outside contributions will also be matched).
Most importantly, we know many of you are praying, so whether you can contribute or not, we are more than grateful for all the prayers you will continue to give. Please pray for strength, wisdom, and guidance as Laura travels to Mexico, sees numerous new doctors, and undergoes multiple treatments over the 2-week process. Please pray for healing/improvement of her tongue/mouth symptoms and continued overall good health.
