Laura: Breast Cancer Treatment Fund

I am Laura's sister-in-law. Laura was diagnosed with Her2+ breast cancer last week. She will begin cancer treatment in one week, starting with chemo, then surgery, then radiation, and then one year of drug therapy. All of her test results are not in yet, so this is the minimum plan, pending further results.
She is a dedicated mother, ambitious and generous sister, daughter, friend, neighbor, and citizen. I would like us to show Laura the kindness  and "get it done" spirit that she has shown us all these years!
Laura is not one to hold still and wait for something; I want her to have a foundation of financial support to allow herself to  focus on her health, on healing, and on enjoying her time with Kathryn in her senior year of high school. My goal, which can be accomplished with all of your support, is to allow her the freedom to hold still when her body needs to rest, and to get what she needs to heal with love and attention. 
This money is necessary to cover the multitude of expenses that will come with her year of treatment: out of pocket medical costs related to one year of frequent copays, health insurance deductible (which will begin again in January 2018). I would like her to have the financial security and comfort to purchase supplies and services related to self care (advil, wig, skin care, massage, and healthful food to name a few).
