Laura & Sarah Baxter

     On Wednesday, August 2, 2017, Laura Baxter, her daughter, Sarah, and two of Sarah's friends were involved in a head-on collision in Pennfield Twp., MI.

As a result, Sarah suffered serious injuries. Her recovery is expected to take about a month. During this time, Sarah will be bedridden and will require multiple surgeries, a wheelchair, physical therapy, and one-on-one care.
