Launch the Long Live Love Foundation

In honor of the beautiful lives of Reverend David McCarter and our beloved Immanuel McCarter, the Long Live Love Foundation aims to serve families traumatically affected by police brutality. Our mission is to provide support, resources, and a safe healing space for people in the community that have witnessed or experienced excessive use of force where trauma, harm, or the loss of life resulted from the involvement of law enforcement agencies and or the mental healthcare systems. We believe that all walks of life should have access to needed resources of support and restoration from trauma after tragedy.

Examples of supportive services include music and art therapy, a healing garden, healing circles, and an annual retreat for survivors.

During this first phase of fundraising, we ask for your support to launch the Long Live Love Foundation. Our initial goal is to secure $25,000 by Immanuel's birthday on December 20th.
