Late stage cancer

I am getting close to, what I think will be a life-saving trip to an alternative cancer treatment hospital near Yuma, AZ. Traditional US medicine has failed me and I believe the aggressive therapies offered will save my life. My full story is below, Help me.
I am Stephen Myers. Born and raised in Michigan but currently living now outside of El Paso, Texas in New Mexico. At the beginning of 2021, I weighed 220 lbs [100 kg] and today am 140 lbs [63.5 kg]. At Thanksgiving in 2021 I was diagnosed with Invasive Adenocarcinoma in the Duodenum [near the pancreas and bladder]. This tumor had blocked off my intestinal path and I was unable to eat or drink anything. A bypass was done and that saved my life at that time.
In 2022 I started traditional chemotherapy to shrink the tumor to a size where it was operable. and that was able to shrink it by 35% so surgery was scheduled. In August I went to Houston to have the surgery on a Monday morning. The Thursday before they took CT scans, blood tests, the whole pre-operative work up. The next day, the surgeon advised me that my tumor markers had doubled since the tests in June but that they would check it out during surgery on Monday.
Monday comes, I get the gas mask to go under and I am thinking, at last, let's get this done and over with. When I woke up, I feel fine but then the doctor comes and tells me they could not go after the original tumor because it had spread to other parts of my stomach and the situation was inoperable. That meant, "have a nice 12 - 18 months of what is left of your life". Which was the timeframe they gave me.
I have not accepted that diagnosis and have made lots of lifestyle changes to boost my immune system to fight back. Traditional chemotherapy has failed me so I need to pursue other complementary therapies. There are a number of clinics that offer me hope and the money raised in this fundraiser will allow me to choose one to pursue. Please donate whatever amount you can.
