Lasagna Love

Hi guys! I have been volunteering for the "Lasagna Love" project. It started as a blogger making lasagnas for those in need in her local community and, over the past few months, people all over the US (including me) have reached out to help.
Having your basic needs met is a tenant that is very close to my heart. When I was younger my mom was ill and members of our community stepped up to help make meals to get our family through her hospitalizations. When I saw this opportunity I knew I wanted to be involved. I have been making 2-3 lasagnas per week for families in need during this crisis, but at ~$15 per lasagna, I can't posible feed everyone. I got an email from my local lead on the project saying there were 50 requests in the greater Providence area that are unable to be met this week and this breaks my heart. I don't mind cooking and assembling, but need help to buy the components of the lasagnas, which is why I am setting up this page.
It is difficult finding volunteer opportunities that feel safe during this time, but I know that this is a great way to help people. Drop-off is contactless and I have received such a great response from the families I have helped so far. Any amount helps and will go directly to purchasing ingredients and pans for the lasagnas.
