Larry Melero

On September 22, 2018 we lost an amazing husband, father, son-in-law, uncle, brother-in-law, friend and so much more. Larry was as true to his family as he was to his love for music. He was very ambitious in "tinkering" and finding what made "it work"! His love for guitars is no surprise to everyone that knew him. When his older cousin introduced Van Halen to Larry....the rest was history.

Larry's passion for what he loved was KNOWN and no one would tell him otherwise. Some of his bands he has worked for (aka ROCKED for)  starts with Static X, Incubus, George Benson, Sum 41, Gwen Stefani, and Cheap Trick. When called to step in for someone, Larry never thought twice about jumping in to do what he knew best and cover for those we knew best.

When Larry wasn't traveling, he was busy with his family raising two children (Sierra and Anthony) and spending time with his amazing wife of 24 years (Sandy). He was always supportive in everything his children accomplished (both college graduates) and to only do "what made them happy".  

He leaves behind his loving wife Sandy, daughter Sierra, son Anthony and large family who will miss him dearly. 

Larry wasn't one that would dwell on sadness, rather to live life to the fullest and be in the moment. 

Money is being raised to support the cost in services and other expenses as they arise for the family.
