Those of who know our family know it has been a stormy season for us. Amongst the storm has been our father's passing.
On Friday, September 14, 2018, this amazing man went to Heaven. Larry Williams, aka "Daddio", was 64 years old and one-of-a-kind. He loved his enemies as much as his family. There was simply no room for hate in his loving heart. He taught his 8 children to love God and each other, be humble, strive for wealth in spirit over money, laugh, be goofy, and enjoy the simplicities of life. Our dad loved fishing, playing the harmonica, eating good food, landscaping, sports, playing rummy and dominoes with his kids, and spending time with family. He was the eldest of 8 kids and is the first to pass, even before his mom.
Though we feel his time here was cut too short, his spirit is with us allowing us to find peace, warmth, and even moments of laughter through our pain and tears.
Our dad was as rich as they come in spirit, but not in financial wealth. He did not have a lot nor did he have life insurance. Thus, we are putting pride aside and asking for help on behalf of our stepmom and her household.
Any money raised will go to funeral expenses, memorial service expenses, and our stepmom's household to assist them with bills in the coming months.
