My dad, Larry Ransom, passed away on September 9, 2025. Dad struggled with dementia for many years. The last few years of his life, he lived at The Arbors at Etheridge House, which is an assisted living facility in Union City, TN, for memory care patients. The good people at The Arbors create a wide variety of activities and events for the residents, and most of it is done out of their own pockets. Dad enjoyed many field trips, arts and crafts, party events, etc., as a resident. We really could not have asked for a better place for Dad to live.

In lieu of gifts, flowers, or food, we would love for folks to donate to this GoFundMe, which we will then create an account for the activities coordinators at The Arbors to use for future events.
