Lands of Exile LARP Trailer Stolen

Donation protected
The recovery of the stolen Lands of Exile trailer at this point is unlikely and we are absolutely devastated - we have lost EVERYTHING used to run the game. Please consider donating (ANY amount helps) if you are able to, or share. In the case the contents are found we will immediately cancel the GoFundMe/return all the donated funds. If you would rather donate something physically, our biggest needs are: medieval fantasy costuming of all sizes, prosthetics, makeups, and foam/LARP weapons. We are overwhelmed with gratitude by the support of our community and the public, thank you all. Over the past 6 years we had spent approximately 23k on props, costuming, foam weapons, special effects lighting, makeup, fog machines, prosthetics, etc, not including the trailer itself. EVERYTHING to run Lands of Exile was in that trailer, and some things (all of the handmade props and monster costumes) are irreplaceable. We're trying to raise at least $10,000 to recover some of what we had before to be able to run the game.

GoFundMe takes 2.9% +.30 for each donation as a "transaction fee," if you are able to do so please donate via PayPal and uncheck the "payment for goods", so PayPal doesn't take $$ (we will add you to this donor list of those that have donated on the GoFundMe page and subtract the amount from the goal to show that the donations been made). paypal.me/landsofexile

Lands of Exile is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) LARP, which means that if there is a troll - there is an actual troll (we had monster costume over ten feet tall hand made by our plot team), or an elf has actual elf ear prosthetics. We took a lot of pride in everything that we had built up for the game, and it is devastating for all of that work to be gone.

100% of the funds will be going to rebuilding our LARP. We are completely awed by the outpouring of support from the LARP community and the public. Please donate any amount that you can or share - every little bit helps. These thieves have stolen what we've built for years. We are hopeful for its recovery, but it is unlikely at this point. In the off chance that the trailer is recovered, we will immediately cancel/refund everyone who contributed.

Whoever stole it were professional thieves because they were able to get past all of the locks and anti-theft measures without leaving any marks (it was in a designated trailer lot, with a hitch and wheel lock, and the jack stabilizers down). It has a paper temporary license plate on it, or the thieves may have removed it or stuck a tag on it. If you see a trailer similar to this, please grab the license plate of the vehicle towing it. Also keep an eye out on resale sites. It is a 2020 SGAC 7x16 enclosed cargo trailer, made by nctrailers.com. It is the exact trailer in these pictures. The passenger side has a pretty noticeable scratch running the full length of it at about head height. Please also keep an eye out for large amounts of medieval costuming, realistic latex foam weapons, and props.

This is a list of the contents that we have remembered so far, please keep an eye out for them (thank you to our plot team for compiling them):
