Laparoscopy surgery to improve chronic pain

I have been diagnosed with highly suspected endometriosis, and need a laparoscopy, excision surgery and a marina put in, through the private system as the public waiting list is years. Cost is $4700, plus the money that Go fund me takes.  My mental health has greatly approved now, but I tried to OD a few weeks ago was me being sick of being sick and in pain. I have had SEVERE symptoms since April, been in and out of ER more than serval times, for suspected appendixes, Uti's, dehydration and pain, and generally leaving with no relief or help. I've had to quit three jobs, cease study and move back home into my mums, receiving as little as $230 a fortnight from Centrelink which doesn't even cover food, medication costs, fuel or rent to give to my mum.  I am always in chronic pain with severe symptoms such as content nausea, bowel and bladder pain, and issues, extreme abdominal pain, back pain, vomiting, fatigue, bleeding after sex and painful sex, and of course painful periods. I am living on pain killers and heat packs.  My mother is a full-time carer for my disabled sister and her daughter and is on a carers pension. Mum has tried to mortgage her house to pay for it and has been denied. As much as id love to be working I'm still incapable, always in chronic pain. Hopefully can gather some money together for the laparoscopy ($4700), which I can have in a few weeks and will immediately increase my quality of life and allow me to go back to work-study without pain, this is due to using the private system, the public waitlist is years.  My family would like me to start a Go fund me but I do feel guilty asking for help, everyone is dealing with a lot now.  This surgery would change my life and is greatly needed if you could help me out I would be more then appreciative. I would be more then happy to pay you back if you wanted when I'm back on my feet. I am 21 and trying to go back to uni finish my course and help others, i can't bear this constant pain. I am trying to find a way to go fund me up to go directly to the doctor.  I have changed my mindset but honestly feel like I'm battling a war with life.
