Lanning Family House Fire

Bryan and Melinda Lanning and their family of five children lost their home in a tragic fire this morning. Melinda and the kids were away on a camping trip and Bryan was on an assignment fighting fire in Orleans as part of his duties as a US Forest Service fire fighter. Both are longtime residents of Willow Creek and are very active members of the community. The loss is extremely devastating to their family of five, as they have celebrated their marriage and the purchase of their first home within the last couple years. The couple have invested thousands of dollars of improvements and upgrades to the home. They also just recenetly purchased all of their children's school clothes, all of which was lost in the blaze. Melinda is the secretary at Trinity Valley Elementary School and her coworkers will also be coming together to organize some local fundraisers...however, in the meantime, they are greatly in need of our help!
