<div>Those of you who know Lanie know that she has been active in Alameda for many years as a musician and Behavior Interventionist, working tirelessly with special needs children. She is a devoted mom to Riley and Jackson, and a friend to many. Her zest for life and sense of humor are inspiring.

<div>As she and her family face this new challenge, we are reaching out for support to anyone who might be able to help. This aggressive cancer will render her unable to work, and require a move to an accessible space, and incur astronomical medical expenses. Any amount you might be able to contribute to offset these costs would be forever appreciated. We will also be establishing a Meal Train for those of you who might want to lend support in that way. And of course, Lanie would love to hear from you as she undertakes this challenging journey.
