Lanie and Russell

Lanie just delivered a beautiful baby girl and was diagnosed 7 days later with Cardiomyopathy. Her hearts chambers are enlarged and all the muscles have weakened. Instead of pumping fluid through her body, it's allowing all of it to be dumped into her lungs. Her heart is only beating at 25%, enlarged 3x what it's suppose to be, with fluids surrounding her heart and filling her lung.

The Doctors are trying several different medicines to try and fix her heart. There's a 50/50 chance of recovering. Either she can stay on medicine and be okay or she could not recover and need a new heart. All depends on how the medicines work. Due to this diagnosis it is imperative that she sees the Cardiologist 2 or 3 times a week for the next couple months.

Please help with supporting them in the fight ahead. Russell works a full time job but with Lanies condition they will now need support taking care of their new baby girl while she recovers. This will add additional cost for rent, utilities, household, baby, and medical expenses.
