Lani's emergency surgery

Hi everyone!

This is Lani she is a full breed female pitbull who is about a year old. I found two months abandoned at a park and have been caring for her since then. She was very malnourished weighing only 35 lbs and yet full of life. When I found her it was obvious something was wrong with her, it was hard for her to keep her balance. So I took her to the vet and they did blood work and everything came back good. The vet believes she may have been sick with distemper as a puppy and it was never treated which affected her nervous system and motor function.
No matter her condition Lani has always been so playful and loving. Lani and I began going for walks at the park and she improved her walking tremendously. She's finally able to run around and walk all on her own. She just needed someone to help her out and show her she is loved. 

Unfortunately, Lani began her heat cycle and has gotten a prolapsed uterus and needs emergency surgery. She has a chance at life if I can get enough money raised for the surgery.

The surgery will consist of spaying her and slowly putting her uterus back inside of her body. Otherwise without the surgery one of two things will happen, she will continue to push her uterus and other vital organs out and she will not heal, risking major infection. The second consisting of the next heat cycle will only get worse or come back if it recedes and the same will happen then.

I am a fulltime student and recently lost my job due to COVID and have no way of raising the funds myself, anything donated is greatly appreciated.
