<div>We are reaching out today with heavy hearts and an urgent plea for help. Our beloved Lange recently faced a severe medical crisis that has left him fighting for his life. On August 17th, he was rushed to the hospital after going into diabetic ketoacidosis. His condition rapidly deteriorated, causing his heart to stop for about three minutes. Thanks to the extensive and urgent efforts of the doctors, he was successfully resuscitated, but he then went into heart and organ failure. This crisis required a medically induced coma, and since waking up, Lange now depends on a tracheotomy and a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube for survival. For the past three and a half weeks, he has been in the ICU on life support, facing an incredibly challenging battle. <strong>His doctors have told us it’s nothing short of a miracle that he is still alive and fighting so hard.</strong>

<div>As he begins the journey towards recovery, Lange will need to transfer to a specialty hospital for continued care, focusing on weaning off the ventilator and extensive rehabilitation to regain his ability to breathe and move on his own again. The road ahead will be long and filled with challenges, but with the right care and support, we believe he can overcome these obstacles and reclaim his health.

The way animals instinctively love and trust him speaks volumes about his genuine goodness and caring nature.
