Land Use-Abuse Defense Fund

The dominant tenant for the easement on my property, has decided he can do whatever he chooses on my property, without my permission.   The easement is for ingress/egress only, and has been a gravel driveway for the last 42 years.  Further he refuses to get the proper permits and hire the correct people, such as engineers, to control water runoff on to our property.  He he intends to take adverse possession of the entire easement, demolish it, and make it two lanes wide, in violation of the common understanding of ingress/egress easement usage.

We are not wealthy people, leading a modest life, and have to ask for help to pay the legal fees to fight off this gross violation of our property rights.   It pains me to ask for help, as I've always tried to not to live beyond my means, but lawyers are expensive.  Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
