Land Home Repairs

On February 5th Captain Sean Land of the Virginia Beach Fire Department died unexpectedly. Sean had just turned 50 the previous day, and had served the department for 30 years. It is a devastating loss to both his personal and fire department families.

As always we here at the fire department strive to look out for the family during these challenging times. There are a few urgent repairs that need to be made to Sean’s home.  Some of which Sean was about to undertake himself, as well as storm damage which occurred days after his passing. 

All labor for these repairs will be provided by his former coworkers who have volunteered their time and equipment. I am asking for donations to help with the purchase of supplies needed for the repairs. The goal is to handle these issues in hopes that Sean’s wife and family can remain comfortable and unburdened during this difficult time.
