Lanaisha Needs a Safe Home for Her Kids

Donation protected
This is from my hard-working, morally responsible and multi-talented friend and caregiver, Lanaisha Smith.

She and her two teenage daughters, Ebony and Ava, were forced out of their apartment due to the storms that rocked Owasso, Oklahoma over the Memorial Day weekend. Their apartment has been uninhabitable for six days now and counting.

Due to severe weather, Lanaisha’s apartment became soaked everywhere. Furniture, clothing, and other personal items have been lost or ruined. Meanwhile, the apartment management has not done one thing, leaving the three of them without an inhabitable home.

They’ve got busted ceilings, leaks and damage everywhere, electrical shorts and the worst part: the mold is growing worse by the hour.

It’s not like Lanaisha to ask for help, but she’ll need emergency funding to get through the next few weeks as she searches for a new apartment and recoups some of her daily expenses.

Lanaisha and her girls have two rabbits, (Maximillian Alexander and Hazel Maxine) but I don’t know if she can keep them or not due to the chaos.

So to sum it up: Single mom, works two jobs and just trying to make it. Please help if you can. This is someone who will definitely pay it forward.
