Lally's Medical Bills

Lally was admitted to Mayo clinic on November 30, 2019 , with severe, continuous headaches and mental status changes. Her condition continued to deteriorate. After multiple blood draws, spinal taps, MRIs, CT scans, and a brain biopsy, the doctors were able to determine she had an infection in her brain but the cause was unknown. She was transferred to the ICU after being in the hospital for a couple of weeks. She had a drain placed in her spine to release fluid and relieve pressure from her brain. With the drain and all the medications she was on, her condition finally began to improve. The drain was removed on December 22, 2019. She did not have any increase in pain after removal of the drain. Even though the cause of the infection was still not known, Lally was discharged home on Christmas day because she improved enough that she could continue treatment at home with medication.
Although Lally's health continues to improve, she is still on a lot of medication to help fight the infection and is unable to work. It is unknown how long Lally will be out of work. Lally and her family could use your help with their bills and the upcoming medical bills from her almost month-long hospital stay.
