Lakeside Institute 2020

For 105 years, Lakeside Institute has been meeting to help young people (entering 9th grade to 20 years old) grow in their relationship with Christ and each other.  This summer, camp for 2020 has been canceled because of COVID-19.  This would mean that over 100 young adults will not be able to meet at Lakeside or build on life-long friendships and grow in Christ.

The staff of Lakeside Institute does not want that to happen, so we have been working on a way to hold a virtual online camp this summer.  

Activities being planned for Institute 2020:
- Virtual Chaplain's Hour with music
- Virtual Closing Circle
- Virtual Communion Service!
- There will also be some Breakout Small Group opportunities (Grades 9-10, Grades 11-12, and Post High campers)

 Devos - staff will be posting some short devotional videos for the next several weeks during the registration window. These will be available on the camp's YouTube channel.

Camp Boxes - include 2020 camp t-shirt, custom nametag, snacks, morning watches, and more! Campers will have the option to register for these through the EOC website and our camp website . We are charging only $15 for each box. 

In order to keep the cost of this virtual camp opportunity we are looking for some sponsors to help with expenses (packaging/postage/goodies).  

Our goal is to raise $2020! This would be 101 people donating just $20 each. Would you be willing to help us bring the Lakeside Institute camp experience to our youth at home this summer?
