Lakes Riding Club go to France!!!

Lakes Riding Club send teams to area and national competitions in every discipline every year, but in 2017 we had an extra successful year with our showjumping team becoming National Championships in the 100cm section! What an achievement for the team that consisted of Robyn Bowness, Clare Guest, Helen Westmorland-Nicholson and Charlotte Salisbury.

However, to continue the story, the team have now been invited to compete at the World Club Championships in Lamotte-Beuvron, France on thee 25th-27th July 2018. Whilst this is the most amazing opportunity, it is going to be extremely costly so the team and club are going to be doing lots of fundraising activities to help them on their way. This will help immensely but may still not raise quite enough, so we are looking for help and support to help fulfill this dream, once in a lifetime opportunity! 

Any little is highly appreciated and we will be sure to keep regular updates going, and represent GBR amongst many other nations to the best of our ability!

In addition, any extra funds we raise from our fantastic supporters, will be put back into the LRC club fund to support future area and national team competitors from the baseline up. With the hope of continuing our great success!!
