Laflamme Fund

As many of you know, Denise suffered a major stroke/blood clot that ruptured in her brain. Denise is a miracle. She survived something that  many do not. Luckily her husband Scott was aware that something was wrong and took her to the Emergency room immediately. The physicians were able to control the the aftermath of Denise's stroke. However, she has a long road ahead  of her with therapy. She is getting therapy to learn to speak  again, and  to work on an eye that has been partially shut.  Denise is a fighter! She loves her family and is fighting for her and Scott and their two wonderful children. 

Scott has his own business, but now with the kids home for the summer and Denise's therapy.  The bills are mounting and Scott was considering a second job. His kids need him and Denise as well.  She recently suffered a seizure while Scott was at work and their kids were amazing in calling 911. 

The road for recovery is a long one but one that is very possible.  Denise  is a fighter. She loves her family and  they adore her. 

If you are not able to financially contribute to current and future medical bills.  Please consider sending a gift certificate or a meal; With the summer time here and Scott juggling work and care for the kids and Denise it would make a day easier. 

Scott is one that has made many of us laugh through college and Denise is  his soulmate that keeps him in check. Lets show them that we support them in any way possible to get through  this together and  as a family.  Special call out to the UCF Lambda Chi  and Alpha Delta Phi alumni; Those of you that know them...know they would be there for  you as well. Lets show the LaFlammes that we support and love them through this time.
