Ladonna and Thomas Morrow

Donna and Thomas are destitute due to the failure of their husband and father to provide for his family. He has left them with nothing, and no vehicle. Donna needs a working vehicle to be able to move forward with her life and support she and Thomas, who is currently unable to work due to a disability. She is applying for all available benefits, but having a reliable vehicle is a necessity, as they live in a rural area with no other transportation alternatives.
