Help Laci volunteer in South Africa!

I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to travel with the Loyola University Ignacio Volunteer program, to live and serve in Cape Town South Africa this coming May. We will be exploring inequality through the lens of the Jesuit conceptualization of social justice by being exposed to the political, sociological and economic issues associated with apartheid & post-apartheid South Africa as well as the effects of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in the city of Cape Town. We will be staying in the cities largest informal township, Khayelitsha (kai-e-li-tcha). I am fundraising to cover the cost of travel, housing and meals for this trip. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity and I am grateful for your help in making it manifest as reality!
