Help Lacey fight stage 4 colon cancer

Hi. My name is Lacey. I am a 36 year old mom of 4, 2 boys and 2 girls. My oldest son is 16, then my 2 girls are 14 and 4 and my baby is 2 months old. Being a mom is my absolute favorite thing in the world! I love to be active and love having fun while learning and trying new things. We love doing things as a family, from paddleboarding and family walks to festivals and days at the park.

Then things changed in the blink of an eye. On Thanksgiving I went to the emergency room for severe stomach pains and through a whirlwind of tests, procedures and surgeries found out I have stage 4 colon cancer. Before leaving the hospital they preformed an illeostomy and fashioned me with an ostomy bag to bypass my colon.

Because of the size and location of the tumor on my colon it is currently inoperable. We cannot waste any time and started chemotherapy right away to help shrink the tumor enough for it to be removed, as well as most of my colon.

In less than 2 weeks we went from an active busy family who just welcomed a new baby to a family going through one of the scariest things in the world.

Treatment will be long and hard on me and my family, so any help financially will lesson at least one of the stresses.
