About the Giving Tree
At the end of November, we ask the schools to anonymously connect us with families in need and have them ask ach child compiles to write a list of gifts that they want. We then go through each of the lists and with the help of the public and donors, are able to coordinate pick ups with the families.
We have set our fundraising goal based off of the amount of children we are purchasing for. While the kids will not be able to receive everything on their list, our goal is to provide them with a wonderful Christmas morning visit from Santa.
This year, COVID-19 has made the collection process a bit difficult, so we are asking the generous public to donate funds so that we can go out and purchase the products. This allows for donors to give back this holiday season, while not coming into contact with anyone and practicing social distancing.
If you prefer to donate an unused actual gift rather than money itself, please feel free to contact us so we can arrange for a contactless pick-up.
