Laces for Levi

On Thursday, June 18th Clayton and Lisa Birkland received devastating news; their 9 year old son, Levi, was diagnosed with Large B-cell lymphoma. Levi will be undergoing more testing in the coming weeks to determine the severity of the lymphoma. Following that, Levi will begin a chemotherapy treatment plan.
"Laces for Levi" has been created out of our desire to support this family as they embark on this difficult journey. There are so many unknowns on the road ahead. It is our hope to bless this family with funds to meet any financial burden that may arise associated with Levi's treatment or the care of their young family.
As believers we also covet your prayers for Levi. In the midst of our busy lives we wanted to provide the many people who love the Birklands a tangible reminder to pray for Levi as well as a fun way to show our support. Levi has disclosed his favourite colour to us and we have ordered shoelaces....so many shoelaces (although we would love to order more) in this colour. By lacing up your sneakers with Levi's Laces you will have a daily reminder to pray. Laces are provided by donation but we suggest a donation of approximately $10 a pair.

*Please note that we have both straight laces (45 inches) and curly laces. The straight laces may be a bit long for a small child's shoe. Please indicate how many of each type of laces you will require.
