LLA Charity Bike Ride 2022 - Sicily

2021 marked the start of a new three year partnership after a wide-ranging search, LLA employees selected two new charity partners: East Anglian Air Ambulance and Luton Foodbank.

Luton Foodbank aims to eradicate food poverty in Luton by providing the much-needed supplies as well as supporting people to take steps to overcome their problems.

East Anglian Air Ambulance aims to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air or road to seriously ill or injured people in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk.

This bike ride is part of several fundraising events during 2022 supporting these two charities. The riders will arrive in Sicily on Tuesday 30th August and start the bike ride on the 31st. The four day ride will take them along the northern Sicily coast, starting in Catania, finishing in Palermo on Saturday 3rd September. A total distance of 386km.
