<div>La Ferme a du évacuer tous ses animaux (vaches, chèvres, porcs) lors de la première evacuation du 21 Juillet. Heureusement que les pompiers ont fait un travail remarquable en faisant en sorte de sauver la ferme, l'exploitation agricole et la maison familiale. Mais depuis que tous les animaux sont revenus, la moitié du troupeau de vache ne produit plus de lait à cause du stress engendré par le feu et l'évacuation.

<div>La Ferme du Bessillon avait déjà perdu toute sa production de lait de la semaine passée, mais là sans 50% des vaches qui font du lait, ils ne pourront pas préparer leurs fromages pour la saison hivernale. N'ayant pas la trésorerie nécessaire pour faire face, et en ayant en face d'eux leur assureur qui refuse de payer ces pertes de production car "le feu n'a rien abimé", Stéphanie et son conjoint se retrouve dans une totale impasse financière pour faire face à la situation. En ayant les vaches qui ne produisent plus de lait, Stephanie m'a dit qu'ils allaient devoir en racheter et qu'a minima, cela couterait 4500 euros. Aucune banque ne veut les suivre non plus sur cette avance de trésorerie.... Si vous pouviez faire un geste pour aider ces agriculteurs éleveurs qui donnent tout à chaque fois, qui aident les pompiers à remplir leurs citernes pour éteindre les feux, ca serait formidable.

<div>The Bessillon Farm (farmers and livestock breeders in the Var region) needs your help following the fire in Ponteves from July 21st to 29th, 2026.

<div>The farm had to evacuate all its animals (cows, goats, pigs) during the initial evacuation on July 21st. Thankfully, the firefighters did a remarkable job, saving the farm, the agricultural operations, and the family home. However, since all the animals have returned, 50% of the cows are no longer producing milk due to the stress caused by the fire and the evacuation. The Bessillon Farm had already lost its entire milk production from last week, but now, without any cows producing milk, they will be unable to make their cheeses for the winter season. Lacking the necessary funds to cope, and with their insurer refusing to pay for lost production because "the fire didn't damage anything," Stéphanie and her partner find themselves in a complete financial bind. With their cows no longer producing milk, Stéphanie told me they'll have to buy more cows, and that it will cost at least €4,500. No bank is willing to give them a cash advance either. If you could do something to help these farmers who give it all every time, who help firefighters fill their tanks to extinguish fires, it would be wonderful.
