Please help us reach our target of $50,000 by raising an additional $10,000 to provide 5,000 medical gowns to the American University of Beirut Medical Center Department of Surgery.
This fundraiser was created as a response to the explosion that rocked Beirut on August 4, 2020. This monetary aid will be directly donated to the American University of Beirut Medical Center to provide for supplies and other needs that may befall the institution.
The Los Angeles Beirut Sister Cities Committee was established in 2006 to create a bridge of understanding and friendship between Los Angeles and Beirut. Its mission is to create opportunities for business, educational, cultural and social exchanges.
