raising money for a quadraplegic

Hello to all, Steve went to the hospital on 01/24/2015 as he suffered a very bad acute kidney injury. He has been very, very ill and his life has been threathened causing many issues such as kidneys malfunction, delirium, confusion and extreme tiredness... I am his ex-wife and best friend and I have been taking care of him the best i could these past 17 years!. My children and I love him SO much...He came home on 02/12/2015 and returned on the 21st to the hospital :( He is, today 03/02/2015, being transferred to Shands in Gainesville). I am trying to raise money for his care while in he hospital and when he returns home.I have hired a wonderful CNA to care for him, thanx to you all, i was able to pay him so he could supervise his well being during his stay in the hospital and that short week he was home. Steve, being quadriplegic, needs support, help to eat, and many others things that he cannot do alone. Steve is weak and for some reason gets very tired. He cannot sit in his wheelchair without passing out, which is crazy. the doctors in Tallahassee cannot figure out what is going on with him and he is getting transported to Shands.
Not being able to stay there 24/7 with him or stay in Gainesville, I would like to raise more money so someone could stay with him at Shands. I do not trust the care he has been receiving from the health care company who usually send cnas to his home. 2 months ago, one cna actually broke his arm while manipulating him and this is scary, unnacceptable!. The arm is still broke to this day :( . I am trying to raise money for Steve to be able to hire a care taker. I believe in my heart John the Cna is the perfect right hand man Steve needs at this time in life and if we can get some money raise to help pay for his care, it would be fantastic. I want Steve home, we want Steve home. My children miss their "quad-father" as he calls himself and to all of you who know him, you know he is a wonderful man. It has been really hard to go throught this and I am asking for help for Steve to get the best care. Thank you so much for caring :) I want Steve to get better and i hope the staff at Shands can help. He needs to get back to himself and come home. It has not been a fun month and a half at all. Some people should also have been visiting but i guess their priorities are not him and it is horrible! thank you to the ones who have helped and to the strangers as well. can we please pass this around? thank you
