A struggling mama

I'm never one to ask for help and it really makes me feel ashamed to do it now but I'm honestly at the end of my rope here. As many of you may know, my twin daughters have Cystic Fibrosis and for the most part have been healthy. This past winter their health has taken a turn for the worse and we've been hospitalized twice. This second hospitalization is a lot scarier than the first. The doctors are talking about a 3-4+ week stay here up in Lebanon, NH which means I'll be missing weeks of work. My car also needs to be repaired for the third time this winter and we're up here without any transportation. I'm so worried as to how I'm going to pay my bills and take care of the girls needs . If anyone could even afford to spare $5 or $10 to help the girls and me, I would be more than grateful!
