Paying for Jessica's New Eye

Hi Friends and Family!
You know I have always been one who cared for and tried to help those with a need--as I do now.
I have a friend, Ian's friend, Jessica Moreno who is a SEVERE diabetic and has recently lost her eye as a result. She just recently found it would cost $4,500 to get a new one, which she does not have -- at all!! She needs our help -- half by Feb. 9th. WE have tried and tried, but keep getting turned down by Medicaid and Disability. I went with her and we have appealed, but to no avail. She cannot work--walks with a walker and usually uses a wheelchair. Insurance will not cover this. She has kidney problems, foot problems and so much going on. She CANNOT work. We all are trying to help, but it's too much.
Please help and message me if you need more details. I just love this sweet girl and want to ask for your help--any small or large gift. I will be so thankful for your assistance.
