My Study Abroad Trip to the DR!

Hello Everyone!
I’m Taisha Walker (as many of you may know)! I am currently a junior at IUPUI, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Spanish. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always had a desire to learn and become fluent in Spanish. I remember my first ever Spanish class in the 3rd grade and I told myself then I would be fluent one day. Funny, I didn’t realize that this would be a part of the purpose God has for me. I’ve taken Spanish since the 7th grade and I’m still not fluent yet. Many times I’ve wanted to give up on it, but God just won’t let me. Well recently, I have been accepted into a study abroad program to the Dominican Republic for this summer in June! This trip will not only help me improve my Spanish speaking skills, but I also get college credits for it! And overall I feel this is a step closer to what God wants me to do. I know the Lord can provide in many ways, so I decided to make this to help me raise the funds I need for the entire trip. The $5000 includes the deposit, the program fee, international study fee, airfare, insurance, passport, and food/meals. ANYTHING helps me, even if you just donate $10, it’s more than what I started with LOL! So, I appreciate any help. Thank you so very much. God bless! :)
