my wifes knee replacement

spent our  lives  raising our children..now that there  grown and gone..my wife age 51 ...  quality of life is  altered  by a bad knee.....i am willing to sell my soul..to help makes  ends meet.....any help to get her through this would b appreciated.....a total knee replacement is needed...but in todays  time  even with insurance..the  time  off work....makes it  finanicially impossble  to have done ...i count my blessings daily..and thank any and all...sincerely   tim k
