Andrea's Last Wishes

Hi my name is Andrea. I'm 49 years old. I've been married for 14 years. I'm the mother of 2 boys and the step mother of 2 boys and 1 girl. I'm also the grandmother of 2 boys, 4 and 2 year old. March 6, 2014, I was diagnosed with stage IVb terminal colon cancer. I have indured many difficult treatments including aggressive chemo preceeded with a removal of a volleyball size mass in my abdomen along with my appendix , ovaries and 6 lymph nodes. I have received 12 rounds of folfiri and 5fu then 6 rounds of Erbitux and Camptosar. I'm back to receiving folfox which is another aggressive chemo treatment and sent home with the pump for another 46 hours now after my tumors grew during the 6 rounds of Erbitux and Camptosar. I'm on round 10 of 12 of folfox and a biologic, advastin.  My cancer has just spread to my liver and lungs and I've just recently been put on oxygen due to the cancer spreading to my lungs. I have been given 2 to 2 1/2 years to live. It's already been  almost18 months, so there is only a year at best or a year and a half. I don't have much time.

Co pays/deductibles and
Prescriptions. I go to the doctor at least twice a month just for treatment.  My prescriptions have increased to over $350 a month.  It's increased dramatically so we are suffering more every month.  

Medical Bills. We are unable to keep up with the medical bills due to the astronomical increase in them since last year. we have creditors after us constantly and I can't make a payment plan because we never know what our bills will be that month.

Memorial Service. I plan on getting cremated to keep the costs down but we just don't have the funds to have both a service and cremation. I don't want a huge service, just something to help my family move on.

My family consists of my husband Bob of 14 years.

5 kids, Aaron 29, Mitchell 24, Ryan 24, Bobby 21, Autumn 20.

2 grandchildren, Clayton 4.  Liam 2. And extended family.
