All for Wyatt, Our little Fighter

Our son was born 3 months early due to health complications with me. I developed preclaympisa really early in my pregnancy and 1/3 of my placenta had died. Due to all the medicine I was on to keep me alive and stable it ended up hurting Wyatt in the end. He was born before his lungs had a chance to develop. He was doing really good at Sarasota memorial hospital until he aspirated. He began to get really sick and in order to save his life at that moment he needed to be transported to All Children's Hospital. He had a bumpy ride there and we were told there was a chance he might not make it. They ended up paralyzing him and had him heavily sedated just so he would make it there. Wyatt has chronic lung disease and is fighting a hard battle. He has some good days and bad days and some really bad days where they don't know if he will make it through the night. We are being told by the Dr.'s at All Children's Hospital that we need to be by his side because they don't know what's going to happen with him. And with us being there might help his recovery. They say he needs us more than ever at this time. I am opening this account in hopes that we could get help financially because my maternity leave is up and I can't go back to work till he becomes more stable. My husband is working 2 jobs to help but with us living an hour away from him the amount of money we spend on gas alone is crazy. All I can do is ask for help and hope that we will receive it so we can see our son more than 3 times a week. There is so much more that I could say but I'm asking for help to help my son. All we do is all for Wyatt. Thank you for your love and support at this difficult time in our life.
