Help w/Kyra's mult. life needs

Kyra at age 10 became a victim of a unthinkable crime and is a survivor of much abuse. Kyra's mom was murdered by step dad Thursday 1/11/2018. Kyra hastings extensive mental health needs and because we live in a very Rural town, we are now needing to travel out of state for treatment.
