My son Kynyon was born with a palm size birthmark on his lower right side of his back,  over the years we noticed it change as he grew older, at the age of 5 he told us that when he was pushed from behind from one of his classmates that they pressed on his birthmark n it hurt so we took him to the dr and the said they would help us get it removed and Kynyon was ok with that, then nothing went further from there.
years passed and he was turning 11 he was wanting to play sports so his dad and I reached out to the Saskatoon doctors to help us and just before he was turning 12 he was complaining about neck pain, we took him in to the walk in clinic in our town (North Battleford) they kept giving us rubs and sent us home.
so we called the dr in Saskatoon they requested some tests like X-rays,MRI,CT scan,blood work, ect. Just to make sure there was no more birthmarks on the inside that the drs couldn’t see, so on March 7/2018 we got a call from a receptionist here in Saskatoon asking us to come to this address and we came as soon as we could from North Battleford as we were looking for this address we came to this building that said cancer clinic and we went in unsure of what’s happening so we waited n the dr n a social worker came in to talk to me and my husband and showed us the results of the MRI and it showed he has  Nero fibromatosis, 2 tumors in the brain, 2 in his eye sockets, all the way down his spine and 2 in his stomach and that the one in his neck was causing pressure to his spine that needed to be removed right away so this passed April,13/2018 He got one tumor removed in this neck the surgery went well the spine looked healthy and everything looked good so we were in the hospital for 13 days and he had to learn to sit up, Stand,walk ect all the first surgery went great we got to go home for 4 months and kept up with our appointments here in Saskatoon then they wanted to look at a new MRI of how Kynyons neck was healing and his eyes n spine so as a what we thought was just a normal appointment this Aug 8th we were admitted and have been here ever since and can’t go home for awhile he had to go threw a much worse surgery this passed Aug,17th he had some hardware(metal and rods and screws)  added to his neck and opened up his old wound on the back of his neck but also added 30 pound weights to his head before this surgery so his spine would be straight for this. 
After the second surgery his wound was leaking so 7 days after his surgery they added 3 more stitches hoping that the leaking would stop so they waited over night and decided on aug 25 they would reopen his wound and restitch it up and add a drain to his spine, then this morning Monday aug 27 he’s going back into surgery to get another drain in to stop him from getting  meningitis they are trying to stop any infection before the surgery today please say prayed for Kynyon he’s only 12 and just wanted to play sports.

i am a casual cashier and he is A part time  custodian we have a 21,12(Kynyon),9,2 year old children also, they have been back and forth with friends and family members, but ever since we found out about our son times have been so tough on us financially we have been doing some fundraising like selling squares, cards, steak night, raffles. That we have been using on all our bills. 
But its all to slow and time consuming and we would just like to no worry if we are going to lose our home our vehicle and get  behind on our bills.
as parents we all want to be by our children when they really need us and not have to worry about life’s bills!! pls help support my family in our time of need! Thanks for all who supported us threw these tough times!
