Our mother passed away on March 21, 2019. One of her favorite activity was to walk the nature trail near her home in Wichita. The trail provided a wonderful space for individuals in the neighborhood to enjoy the beauty of nature within city limits. Often times, she spoke of how peaceful the trail was in the morning and how other elderly individuals also used the trail for their morning walks. Our mother often thought it would have been nice to have a place for individuals to stop and rest to enjoy the view.
In-lieu of flowers for her memorial service, please donate to this fund. Help us to fulfill her wish and provide a memorial bench on the trail for people to stop, reflect and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer.
