Kyle Wetherhold's Medical Expenses

Kyle Wetherhold, a great man, wonderful father of five, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend, and a Principal in Wilson School District in Reading, PA area, has been diagnosed with a brain tumor.  He has had surgery which removed 90% of the tumor, but unfortunately, 10% was uable to be removed since the removal would greatly decrease his functionality.  To address the remaining cancer, he will need radiation therapy as well as chemo.  Apparently insurance companies don't like to pay for proton therapy but it is the least damaging to healthy cells.  This is a very expensive out-of-pocket cost.  Because of the monumental cost for the proton therapy, he would have to be treated with foton therapy which is damaging to healthy cells and would likely do more harm.  His treatment, whether, proton or foton, will begin in less than two weeks.  They will need to know in advance which therapy to use, depending on what the insurance will cover.  So time is of the essence for that, but ongoing exenses will mount up for his aftercare, the children's care, and living expenses as he will not be able to work for some time.  

If you are able, please donate what you can to help restore Kyle to full recovery and his family to manage.  His responsibilities are many as a person who has positively influenced countless children at school through the years, devotes himself to his beautiful wife and to his beautiful children, Zach, Jacob, Luke, Jesse and Alayna.  As an upright man who cares deeply about being a living example of integrity, who gives profusely of himself and a man whose heart desires to serve the Lord, I pray those of us who know Kyle or care about helping him to fully recover, will choose to help, so he can return to a full life serving others.
