I started a small FREE Blues Festival in Mijas, Malaga, Spain, which grew into something very special. It ran for 8 years, becoming well known around Europe, before I had to stop because of lack of funding and support from the local council.
I found a new venue for 2016, the Sohail Castle, in Fuengirola, and put on a great show with an amazing line-up. However, we were let down by a lack of Council support.
We have now returned to our true home, in Mijas, and, with your help, will put on another great Blues Festival. And it will all be FREE.
We hope to attract the best around, within our limited budget. But that is why we need your help, to be able to increase our funds and get THE best we can afford and so put on a better show for everyone.
To this end I ask you to donate what you can to help us achieve our goal and beyond and to enable us to bring the Blues to everyone. All monies received here will be used to book better acts for all to enjoy. This is all happenening late in the day for booking top Bands, so ask you to respond quickly.
