Roxy's emergency surgery

Last night my puppy was hit by a car. Her name is Roxy, she is a pitbull, and she is eight months old. Once we arrived at the pet emergency hospital last night, Roxy was in critical conditon. The x-rays showed that she had a broken leg and several internal injuries, such as internal bleeding from her spleen, fluid in her lungs, and air pockets in her chest. We were not sure if she would be able to survive this. Fortunately, our prayers were answered and Roxy made it through the night. She is being so strong. Her internal injuries are starting to heal, but she needs surgery to repair her broken leg. She is currently at the vet until Friday, and will have her surgery Thursday. Since we arrived at the hospital last night, her vet bills are already over $5,000. She will also need additonal medical care after her surgery. I am a college student and live by myself and I am struggling to pay her vet bills. I adopted Roxy a few months ago. She is the most caring, well-behaved, and loving dog I have ever met. I am hoping I can raise enough money to help cover Roxy's medical expenses so I can get her back to good health and to continue to be the happy, playful, and loving puppy that she is.
