Kye's Junior World Champs Campaign
Hi, I’m Kye Bonser and I am an 18yr old Perth based track sprint cyclist with the Western Australian Institute of Sport. I am current 4 time Oceania Champion from the recent UCI Oceania Track Championships 2017.
Following a successful track season over the summer of 2016/2017 I have been selected in a 15 member squad for the opportunity to represent Australia at the UCI Junior Track World Championships in Montichiari, Italy, August 23-27, 2017.
In order for me to travel, I need to raise a significant levy to compete at this event. This is an outlay which my family and I have been budgeting for, however I’m going to require a solid fundraising campaign to bridge the shortfall. My fundraising effort is also time sensitive, with the tournament commencing in less than 60 days.
If I am to make the most of this opportunity and gain the experience required to grow into the cyclist I know I can be, I am going to need your help and the help of others.
Most important in the fundraising process will be donations made by friends, family and local businesses. I really hope you will consider helping me out, to compete at this amazing opportunity in my cycling career.
PS: If you’d like to keep up to date with my cycling journey and results, I’d love for you to connect with me on facebook @kyebonsercyclist .
