Wes Theresa Hawthorne Fund

Donation protected
My name is Kerry Lingo, I am retired U.S. Army.  I am reaching out to you today to raise money for a very close friend Wes Hawthorne and his wife Teresa Hawthorne.  Wes and I met in 1979 in Basic Training at Fort McClellan, Alabama.  We became best of friends, I consider Wes the brother I never had.  Wes's wife was recently diagnosed by Ohio State  University Medical Center on 20 Oct 2014,  with Corticobasal Degeneration a rare form of Parkinsonism.  This form of Parkinsonism is not treatable, and one of the worst types to be diagnosed with. She is in the later stages of the disease,  and does not have a lot of quality time left to spend here on earth.  Financially struggling it would be a prayer answered if they did not have to worry about money and my brother and his wife could just enjoy the time they have left together.  Wes is a Police Officer for South Point Ohio, he has served his country in the U.S. Army, and still serves as a Law Enforcement Officer today.  Teresa worked all her life in retail until she became so ill that she could not function on her own.  Doctors misdiagnosed her for over 6 years, finally in  Oct 2014 she was diagnosed, after 6 years of being told either there was nothing wrong with her, or the doctors simply could not figure out what was causing her to loose mobility.   I ask that anyone who reads this please take the time to donate what ever you can to help out my brother and his wife.   Thank you for your support,

1SG Kerry R. Lingo, US Army Retired.
